Martin Fuentes

I'm a UX researcher with over 10 years of experience working at the intersection of user behavior, data, and product decisions. I've worked with startups, fintechs, and product teams across Mexico and Latin America.

Since 2025, my work has evolved toward AI Enablement: designing and implementing internal tools that help teams adopt artificial intelligence in effective, measurable ways. Not just as an AI user, but as someone who builds with it.

I care about concrete impact: metrics that shift, workflows that simplify, teams that work differently. Not process for the sake of process.
